Unitech Anti-Static Bag Detailed Introduction

一. Core Material & Structure of Conductive Film





  • Base Material: Made of brand-new Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) / Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), providing excellent flexibility, puncture resistance and low-temperature performance, and is not prone to cracking. 
  •  Conductive Medium: Added with nano-sized conductive carbon black (or graphene, conductive carbon fiber), which forms a stable conductive network through uniform dispersion to achieve continuous and stable static electricity dissipation. 
  •  Lamination Process: Adopts glue-free thermal lamination / multi-layer co-extrusion process to closely bond the black conductive film with the inner red anti-static bubble film, ensuring no delamination, no wrinkling and high structural strength. 
  •  Appearance Features: The outer layer is a matte black conductive film with a smooth, burr-free surface, which can be printed with logos or warning signs as required; the inner layer is a red anti-static bubble layer for double anti-static protection

    三. Core Functions & Advantages

     1.  Dual Protection Against Static Electricity

     ◦ The outer conductive film quickly dissipates static electricity generated by external friction, preventing electrostatic dust adsorption or electrostatic field formation;

     ◦ The inner anti-static bubble film prevents static electricity generated by product friction inside the bag, protecting electrostatic-sensitive components such as chips and circuit boards from damage.

      2.  Superior Cushioning & Shockproof Performance

     ◦ The plump and uniform bubble layer absorbs and disperses impact forces during transportation, effectively protecting precision components from damage in a 3-meter drop test.

     ◦ The film has strong toughness, puncture resistance and tear resistance, and is not easily punctured by sharp edges.  

     3.  Moistureproof, Dustproof & Scratch-Resistant 

    ◦ The conductive PE film itself has good waterproof and moistureproof properties, isolating moisture and dust to avoid oxidation of metal pins or short circuits caused by damp components. 

    ◦ The matte surface is not easily scratched, reducing appearance wear and tear during transportation. 

     4.  Long-Lasting Stability, Unaffected by Temperature & Humidity

     ◦ Conductive performance does not degrade with changes in air humidity, ensuring long service life and stable anti-static effect, avoiding short-term failure.
